Meet Paul Bennett
I'm Paul Bennett, author of 19 published crime and thriller novels, each packed with gripping mysteries, relentless action, and unforgettable twists. From complex investigations to dangerous criminals, my stories take readers on thrilling journeys where danger is never far away.
Expect plenty of crimes to solve, plenty of suspense, and yes, more than a few dead bodies along the way. There's even a headless corpse in the mix. Every novel is designed to keep you turning pages until the very end.
 
Supporting Writers and New Authors
Beyond writing my own books, I have spent years helping others bring their stories to life. As a ghostwriter, I have worked on both fiction and memoir projects, helping authors transform their ideas into compelling books.
I have also mentored more than 250 aspiring writers, guiding them through the process of developing and refining their manuscripts until they could proudly share their work with the world.
In addition, I have been involved in reviewing submissions for the Crime Writers' Association Debut Dagger Awards (now known as the Emerging Author Awards), helping identify and support promising new talent in crime fiction.
 
A Personal Note
I live with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a condition that has influenced some of my writing. Readers will find characters living with MS in The Money Race and Blue on Blue, reflecting real-life experiences and challenges.
Before retiring from competitive play, I achieved the rank of Premier Tournament Master in bridge. The game remains close to my heart and has even found its way into my fiction, inspiring scenes in Due Diligence and Collateral Damage.
